New Delhi: Being Topper® has published Start With AI: A Practical Guide for Students and Early Professionals, the first book in its Being Topper Guides series. The 55-page first edition is on Google Play Books from 6 November 2026.

The book is built around a question its foreword puts plainly.

The question

Where do I start, and how do I know I’m doing it right?

It is written for people in college, people who have just finished, and people in the first year or two of work, and it can be read alongside a parent or teacher.

Eight chapters, each with a tool to use

  • Understand it. What AI is, and what it isn’t, and a first fifteen minutes with AI.
  • Check it. Checking what AI tells you, and choosing tools without the hype.
  • Use it honestly. AI for study and assignments, and AI at a first workplace.
  • Stay safe. Fakes, scams and “AI earning” hype, with a Stop. Check. Tell. routine.
  • Keep going. A closing chapter on going further, with a 30-day practice plan and an AI Use Log.

Ask clearly

The Five-Part Brief: Goal, Context, Constraints, Output, Quality.

Check carefully

The Five-Step Check: Define, Generate, Evaluate, Verify, Improve.

More working tools

A tool-selection worksheet, an AI-use disclosure template, a task map and a 30-day practice plan.

The idea behind it

The book treats AI as something that speeds up the work, with the person’s own judgment still leading it. It teaches habits instead of one tool: ask clearly, check carefully, use AI honestly, stay safe. Tools change every few months; the habits do not depend on any single app.

It does not promise jobs, income or results. It is a first guide, written to be practised, not only read.

“Where do I start, and how do I know I’m doing it right?”
